Rules and Regulations in Apartments PAUK Pakoštane

  1. The apartments in the PAUK Pakoštane object are rented for days.
  2. A day in the apartment starts at 4 p.m. (check-in) and ends at 10 a.m. of the day of check-out.
  3. After making a reservation via website paukpakostane.com or e-reception, the client receives an e-mail with confirmation and information regarding the advance payment for stay of 30% of the total amount.
  4. Reservation may be cancelledno later than 30 days prior the date of arrival. Cancellation request should be sent via e-mail info@paukpakostane.com. In case of cancellation of the stay at least 30 days before the date of arrival, the customer is entitled to a refund of 70% of the advance payment. In case of cancellation of the reservation within less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay the entire amount for the stay, in accordance with the reservation.
  5. Extending the stay beyond the period indicated in the booking is possible only with the tenant’s consent and is subject to an additional fee in accordance with the price list.
  6. Guests receive the keys to the apartment on the day of arrival. An additional, one-time fee of 25 Euro is charged for losing the key to the apartment during your stay.
  7. Check-in is possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Upon arrival at the object after 9 p.m., the Guest is obliged to inform the owner of the apartments via sms or e-mail.
  8. Upon arriving, the Guest is obliged to check-in by presenting a valid identity documents (ID card or passport).
  9. Upon check-in, the apartment is charged according to the amount indicated in the booking. Additionally, each guest is charged with a tourist tax.
  10. The Guest should report any deficiencies and faults in the apartment on the day of check-in.
  11. Failure to submit comments and reservations (in writing: SMS or e-mail) regarding the technical condition of the apartment on the day of check-in means that the apartment, as well as the apartment equipment, has been put into use in a condition that does not raise any comments and objections of the Guest.
  12. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage to the apartment or its equipment.
  13. The number of persons to be accommodated in the apartment is limited to the number declared in the booking process. It may not exceed the number of guests indicated in the description of the rented apartment.
  14. All outstanding issues that are not covered by these rules and regulations will be resolved in accordance with the Civil Code.
